INFRASTRUCTURE

Digvijay Industries has a State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility spread across 60,000+ sqft. in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. It has a capacity of producing about 1000 units of transformers per month including Distribution and Power Transformers.

It has In-house Fabrication Facility which takes care of the Transformer Tank manufacturing with the help of Top-notch Welding Equipment and Machinery. We also have a Comprehensive Shot Blasting Setup for Surface Treatment of the Transformer Tanks to avoid Rusting prevailing under the painted surfaces.

The tanks are coated with High Grade Anti Rusting Primer along with Controlled amounts of Paint Coats which are resistant towards chipping and fading by UV Radiations through constant sunlight. We also have Top-of-the-line Transformer Testing Setups which enable us to completely test transformers up to 20 MVA of capacity and up to 33 kV Voltage Class.
